Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your LedgerLink Pro account and all associated data using either of the methods below.
Method 1: Delete from the App
- Open the LedgerLink Pro app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Method 2: Request via Email
Send an email to support@ledgerlinkpro.com with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- All expense records and transactions
- Budget plans and templates
- Loan and EMI records
- Invoice history
- Milk billing records
- Family group memberships
- AI chat history
- Notification preferences and settings
- Coins, streaks, and referral data
- Uploaded receipts and documents
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data (Settings → Data Hub → Export) before deleting your account.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- All personal data is deleted immediately from our active databases
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained (not linked to your identity)
