Welcome to LedgerLink Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LedgerLink Pro mobile application and web app (collectively, the "App") operated by Confiable Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By using LedgerLink Pro, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may authenticate using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks
• Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App without our prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Confiable Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any content within it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent

6. Data Privacy & GDPR/CCPA Rights

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your financial data entered into the App. You may export or delete your data at any time through the App's settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on data or insights provided by the App, including AI-powered financial advice

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings or by contacting us at support@ledgerlinkpro.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
